Job Purpose :

The duties and tasks you will learn and be responsible for may include, but may not be limited to, the following :

  • Support to users : Identify business needs and provide IT solutions. Have a good knowledge of the existing solutions and how we can improve them.
  • Investigating, documenting, and analyzing users reported problems and operational processes coming from the different operational teams within Portfolio Services.

    Identify training gaps, act as liaison between Strategy and Operations Delivering moderate and long term solutions : supervise testing progress and resources, implementation and post implementation oversight Escalation of incidents

  • Technology Liaison Interfaces with Technology on behalf of the business to resolve technological matters and assist with processes Report and escalate risk items with high client impact Testing oversight : may allocate / coordinate tasks within a team / project
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

    Essential :

  • Experience in Portfolio Services : experienced Team Lead / Lead analyst or an equivalent level of experience in another department
  • Skills :

  • The successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic, quick learner, flexible and have the drive to be successful while working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under time pressure.
  • He / she should be a team player, focused on consistently achieving both team and company goals
  • Clerical skills with particular focus on accuracy, attention to detail, organisation and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility for own learning and development.
  • Patience, perseverance and flexibility.
  • Focused attitude to work, excellent individual and teamwork skills and an ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Initiate and sense of ownership
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer literate
