What will you do :
Provide help and guidance, through the app;
Keep a file with the frequently asked questions;
Report those questions to your manager;
Achieve customer satisfaction by providing an excellent service;
Handle complaints and provide the best solution.
Your profile :
You have an excellent level in Dutch, French and English;
You are willing to take part of a young and fast-growing company;
You have excellent communication skills and team spirit;
You are confident, able to handle complaints and know how to deal with them;
You have preferably a previous experience in customer service.
