Medical Solutions, a part of Essity following the acquisition of BSN medical comprises products within wound care, compression therapy and orthopaedics.
Together Essity and BSN medical represent a vast portofolio of brands, such as Cutimed, Delta, Jobst, Leukoplast, Libero, Libresse, Nosotras, Saba and TENA.
Distribution channels for the products are the retail trade, online sales, hospitals, pharmacies, care institutions and sanitary shops.
For our Compression Products (JOBST) , we are looking for a Brand Manager Compression .
The Brand Manager is part of a national marketing team currently based at the offices of BSN medical in Leuven and works on diverse projects for Compression Products on the Belgian market.
He / She acts as the primary marketing reference point for the Belgian organization for all internal and external Compression Products related matters.
The Brand Manager will report to the Marketing Manager Belux who is also based in Leuven.
Develops and executes brand business plans
Develops and implements promotional materials
Drives roll out of major product launches in Belux
Drives for excellence in marketing strategy execution
Is accountable for forecast and budget management
Trains sales force on marketing strategy and products
Analyzes market dynamics and segmentation of the Belgian market
Creates and maintains a (KOL) Key Opinion Leader network in Belgium (Flanders & Wallonia)
Finetunes planned strategy based on a strong understanding of Compression market
Bachelor / University degree or equivalent
Bilingual Dutch-French and with good knowledge in English
Minimum 2-3 years B2B and / or B2C Marketing experience
Relevant experience in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
Experience in project management
Affinity towards Home Care and Institutions
Very good planning and problem-solving skills
Self-reliant, well organized, hands-on and customer / consumer oriented way of working
Strong team player and engaging communicator with good interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated
Ability to travel occasionally
