    Job Overview and Responsibilities

  • Prepares and implements annualsales plan for the assigned territory.
  • Achieve budgeted volumes, revenues and margins.
  • Develop and successfullyimplement sales account plans in line with BU strategy.
  • Practice value-selling techniquesfor maximizing profitability for the business.
  • Promote actively our patentedproducts and support product launch throughout the territory
  • Identify, request, follow up andclose customer projects at accounts through active co-ordination with relevantdepartments
  • Identify and develop newcustomers in key market segments or new markets
  • Promote new technologies to end users and marketsegment associations.
  • Education and Experience

  • University degree in Chemistryor Chemical Engineering
  • Good knowledge of the Plastic industry
  • Skills

  • Ability topromote patented technical solutions based on cost / performance advantages.
  • Good sales, business and relationship developmentskills are essential.
  • Strong sense ofbeing Customer Focused.
  • Motivated person that is self-reliant and resultsoriented, capable of developing new business and managing existing customerbase.
