Job Overview and Responsibilities
Prepares and implements annualsales plan for the assigned territory.
Achieve budgeted volumes, revenues and margins.
Develop and successfullyimplement sales account plans in line with BU strategy.
Practice value-selling techniquesfor maximizing profitability for the business.
Promote actively our patentedproducts and support product launch throughout the territory
Identify, request, follow up andclose customer projects at accounts through active co-ordination with relevantdepartments
Identify and develop newcustomers in key market segments or new markets
Promote new technologies to end users and marketsegment associations.
Education and Experience
University degree in Chemistryor Chemical Engineering
Good knowledge of the Plastic industry
Ability topromote patented technical solutions based on cost / performance advantages.
Good sales, business and relationship developmentskills are essential.
Strong sense ofbeing Customer Focused.
Motivated person that is self-reliant and resultsoriented, capable of developing new business and managing existing customerbase.
Project management and organization skills
Good communication skills
