The employment practice acts for clients - ranging from global businesses to small enterprises - on a broad range of labour aspects.
Together with the partner and counsel you will serve clients with their complex employment law aspects such as restructuring of companies, individual dismissals, pensions and benefits, collective lay-
offs, closings, trade union negotiations and negotiations related to mergers and acquisitions.
You will give practical and strategic advice and develop creative and effective strategies and solutions to HR-related issues relevant to each organisation.
You have successfully obtained a Belgian Master's degree in law, with an excellent academic record. An extra specialisation in employment law is considered a plus.
Ideally, you have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in an Employment law department.
Ideally you are a native French speaker, fluent in English and Dutch.
Your legal, entrepreneurial and communication skills are impeccable, and you enjoy a job well done.
You have the drive to convince, and the energy and analytical skills necessary to master complex matters.
You will be working as part of a talented and focused team in a multicultural environment with approximately 50 lawyers in Brussels and close colleagues across the world.
