As a Support Consultant Integration, your main challenge is to support internal and external customers with various questions and support requests regarding our integration solutions.
This means you help to ensure that the high-quality, well-tested solutions that we deliver to our customers keep running smoothly.
You are responsible for :
Providing primary support to colleagues implementing our bi-directional integration solutions. You work in a multi-disciplinary (C++, ABAP, ) global team where every discipline provides a piece of the complete integration solution.
Taking ownership of application issues logged with our customer services related to the integration solution installed at our customers’ sites.
Performing advanced troubleshooting and providing input on troubleshooting improvements.
Dealing with all questions and problems related to the standard functions of the integration software. This includes making an accurate estimate as to the importance, urgency, and difficulty of the support request.
As our new Support Consultant Integration, you’ll be part of the Product Design team. Product Design drives our product road map, based on a strong future vision and deep technologic overview.
We make the blueprints for our solution’s functionality and share OMP’s vision and expertise with customers and colleagues alike.
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications :
A Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Strong technical affinity and basic coding experience.
An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Strong multi-tasking skills combined with a stress-resistant nature.
Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have :
Experience with SAP.
Previous work experience in customer services, and an understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and ticket tracking systems.
Knowledge of additional languages such as Dutch, French, German, or Spanish.
Experience with production planning.
