JOB DESCRIPTION Handling incoming phone calls and welcoming visitors Preparing documents in Word & Excel Printing, making copies, filing and archiving Arranging travels, organizing meetings and preparing meeting rooms Encoding timesheets Handling expense notes Translating documents when needed Ordering office supplies Performing basic accounting duties And more!
