What you’ll achieve As a Project Manager at Dell Technologies you will focus on delivering world class services to help our customers maximize the value of Dell Technology solutions.
Our service portfolio covers the whole lifecycle of customer transformation from consulting services through design, integration and implementation of solutions, up to operational and transformational residency support in customer operations.
This is a customer facing role, where you will be responsible for multiple clients in parallel. Regular customer meetings on-site are essential to succeed in this role.
You will be hired in our Brussels location, but will travel across Belgium & Luxemburg "in normal times" to support various customer projects.
This Project Manager role is a perfect opportunity for anybody recently graduated or with first work experience (max. 3 years after graduation).
We will provide you with training, a mentor and support you to receive certifications in relevant project management methodologies.
You will Be responsible for the delivery of small to medium projects, maintaining project quality, finances, governance and focus.
Assist in the management of large projects in collaboration and under guidance of a Senior Project Manager. Prepare project plans including schedules, controls, resources and establishing project governance and compliance as well as financial forecasting.
Review and validate statement of work (SOW). Maintain baseline accounting and financials for projects, project compliance and ensures system based project closure.
Secure Quality Assurance, ensuring projects are delivered to scope, as agreed with customer. Understand the importance of customer satisfaction and act accordingly.
Make management aware of potential issues or customer escalations. Main point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement.

ideally first insight into modern IT infrastructure platforms and end user operations. Desirable Requirements PMP, Prince 2 certification or equivalent if you are not certified yet, we are happy to invest in your training to become certified.
