Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on Commercial Project Lead to join our Marketing Team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Evolving the Lead to Sale strategy and implementing improvements.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving the connection between Lead Generation and Marketing Contact Center.
  • Implementing Acquisition Marketing and Commercial best practices, so we can leverage Verisure internal knowledge and strengths.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to get the alignment on the action plan define and support its implementation.
  • Creating and using information from available data to provide business-impacting insights.
  • Supporting the implementation of new technology and systems within the Marketing teams and supervising the roll-out.
  • Modelling the Marketing Contact Center set up according to volume of calls and leads.
  • Supporting the organization and the content preparation for specific workshops and training sessions.
  • This role will require determination to deeply understand :

  • Our business Model, from lead generation to sale and installation.
  • Our marketing processes and systems : culture, incentives and way of working.
  • Your Qualifications

  • You have a Marketing and Commercial background.
  • The ideal candidate will have an experience of at least 3 years in consultancy, product management or similar.
  • Fluency in English is a must, other languages would be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge on Power BI would be considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven attitude
  • Proactive, responsible and hands-on mindset
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and persons
  • Ability to drive people and projects forward
  • Technology focused, with a high level of business insight
  • Strong team player who actively enables good collaboration both within the team and across business functions
