The Client Insights and Relationship Analyst will support our Sales Manager in developing and strengthening our alumni and board relationship programs, building relationships, developing content, performing data analyses, reporting on those analyses, and supporting on key accounts management.
Specifically, responsibilities will include :
Working closely with the Sales Manager and key stakeholders in the business to implement and coordinate alumni events, and drive best practice
Engaging with external stakeholders to build relationships and improve engagement with the alumni and wider board relationship programs
Tracking and preparing reporting on engagement with the alumni and board relationship programs, including registered members, website visits, event attendance, strength of relationships, etc.
Working with the marketing team and publisher to develop content and update the alumni and board relationship program websites and social media
Collecting and preparing data to send online,and reporting on the qualitative and quantitative survey results
Coordinating face to face interviews and pursuit debriefs , including liaising with lead partners and clients, setting up internal debriefs, preparing reporting, and following up on actions
Supporting the Sales Manager in strategic account management of select accounts, including coordination and review of proposals, preparing for account team meetings, following up on actions, etc.
