To reinforce the management team and to create further growth they are looking for a B2C Sales Manager. Functieomschrijving
You are responsible for the Sales Generation and strategyfor stairlifts in order to maximize accessibility in people’s homes.
You translate this into yearly budgets, define clear targets and KPIs that you manage closely in relation to sales efficiency and margins according to the TKE direct sales managerment
You determine pricing, promotions, based upon a thorough analysis and a up-to-date market knowledge about competitors, consumer behavior, trends, turnover and margin.
Above all, you are a coach to your team of about 10 to 15 sales representatives who you motivate, support and direct on a daily basis.
To maximize service for the clients, you work closely together with the marketing (lead generation) and operations teams.
You guide product launches and work on internal projects in relation to digitization, innovation and efficiency of work flows.
You are an added-value to and part of the managementteam and report to the General Manager.
You have a relevant and strong commercial experience (ideally sales of investment goods) in a B2C context. Experience in team management is an important asset.
You have vision for the future and are able to translate into clear and challenging sales plans that you a guide to successes.
Above all, you like to be in the field, coaching and motivating the sales representatives. You have a natural charm, your are a natural leader and have impact on your team.
