What do we expect from you?
The Service Planner is responsible for the optimal planning and delivery of scheduled maintenances, service interventions and start-ups by service technicians globally.
To accomplish this, it is very important to communicate thoroughly and correct with the different stakeholders (stow sales, stow project management, stow production, 3rd party suppliers and customers).
The Service Planner is responsible for adhesion to the planned start date, including on-time delivery of materials (spare parts, tools, ) and completion of preparatory works (for example by the customer or by stow project management).
Finally, the Service Planner is in touch with our travel agency to arrange travel for the service technicians, keeps our Field Service Management tool up-to-date and releases jobs to service technicians via Field Service Management.
Languages required : English, French and Dutch; German is a plus
