PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handles tasks of all division products, independently. Including complex tasks like projects and or service-related orders.

Is responsible for incoming orders delivered on time and according to specification

Provides full administration of the contracts, so other departments can build on this

Maintain functional contacts with supervisors, managers, internal departments, with internal suppliers and customers related to produced proposals

Build and maintain relationships with international back offices

Regularly updates in sales administration tools

Performs in accordance with the relevant Emerson procedures like ethics and trade compliance

Perform other duties as requires REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

At least 3-4 years relevant experience in Customer Administration

Administration degree (ASO / TSO) or equivalent level in related field

Advanced level of telephone and complaints handling skills

Computer Literate (MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel)

Familiar with Emerson divisions and products
