PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles tasks of all division products, independently. Including complex tasks like projects and or service-related orders.
  • Is responsible for incoming orders delivered on time and according to specification
  • Provides full administration of the contracts, so other departments can build on this
  • Maintain functional contacts with supervisors, managers, internal departments, with internal suppliers and customers related to produced proposals
  • Build and maintain relationships with international back offices
  • Regularly updates in sales administration tools
  • Performs in accordance with the relevant Emerson procedures like ethics and trade compliance
  • Perform other duties as requires REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • At least 3-4 years relevant experience in Customer Administration
  • Administration degree (ASO / TSO) or equivalent level in related field
  • Advanced level of telephone and complaints handling skills
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel)
  • Familiar with Emerson divisions and products
