Business Support Officer , Belgium & Luxembourg
Novo Nordisk Belgium & Luxembourg (BeLux) is looking for a Business Support Officer.

About the department
With annual sales around €70 million and approx. 80 employees, the BeLux affiliate is on a healthy growth path with exiting opportunities.
As a Business Support Officer you will work for the Finance & operations department that is responsible for all financial planning, compliance and quality.
The position
As a Business Support Officer you will be responsible for the Pre-notification screening alerts based on other affiliates’ request and you will support MDEON visa applications where relevant.
You will also be responsible in collecting all the docume ntation for the Sunshine Act disclosure and p repar e and upload the final disclosure report on the Transparent.be platform.
You will also collect all necessary data and prepare fiches 281.50. Includ ing all payments from SAP and gather all necessary documentation for congress participants from Sales and Marketing departments.
You will support your colleagues in budgeting, reporting and maintain / update analysis and reporting files.
You will take care of other operational tasks to support your colleagues in the Finance & Operations department
