WORK ENVIRONMENT Fujitsu is seeking for Front Office Support Agents to join the Helpdesk Team at one of our biggest customers in the European Institutions.
Based in Brussels, we offer both Freelance & employment contracts for this role. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS SPOC, communicate with users (verbally and written) in English-French - 1st line Support Log, categorize, prioritize, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents whenever possible.
Utilize Remote Desktop Takeover to improve remote diagnose. Follow-up end-to-end progress of all incidents, requests and standard changes Escalate to the Competence Group when require Execute CMDB update tasks following incident resolutions and change implementation User-rights management Follows established processes and procedures Propose and improve Knowledge Base articles Reinforce the Proximity team in case of exceptional workload KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Basic service knowledge Technical knowledge Microsoft Office, PCs basic networking Customers relationship Communication Problem solving Drive and determination Business awareness Flexibility YOUR PROFILE Education : High school diploma or higher Experience : at least 1 first strong experience in IT help-desk support Languages : you are fluent in both English and French Interested in knowing more?
