As member of the Health and Benefits Sales Support team in Belgium you will manage your own portfolio with local and international clients, together with the Relationship Manager.

You will consult your clients on a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, implementation and management of a full array of Health and Benefits programs including medical, dental, life, disability, time off and flexible benefits.

The Role Your responsibilities will be to : + Deliver superior, consistent client management and deliverables for assigned clients, together with the Relationship Manager+ Oversee the day to day project, ensuring the progress against established objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality standards+ Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to Client Relationship Managers+ Placement / negotiation with Vendors+ Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects+ Contribute to projects within the Specialty area including health management / wellness, disability / absence management, pharmacy and claims audits The Requirements + Proven experience and success in the design / management of health and welfare plans gained in a consulting, brokerage or carrier environment+ Strong technical skills+ Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget+ Demonstrated success in managing client issues and relationships+ Strong interpersonal and team skills+ Well developed oral and written communication skills in French, Dutch and English+ Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity+ Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues+ Strong analytical and creative skills+ Working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word, Powerpoint+ Bachelor's degree required Equal Opportunity Employer
