Through high quality presentations, demonstrations andbenchmarks, you will help our customers understand how our solutions will makea difference for their business.

Working along side other parts of thebusiness, you will provide valuable support throughout the sales phase of apursuits.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

  • Participate in developing growth strategies and sales goals for our MES technology in Europe, collaborating closely with the Syncade Sales and Business Development Leader, as well as with the Life Science leadership.
  • Work closely with European Syncade sales champions and Process Systems and Solutions (PSS) sales resources in implementing the growth strategies and achieving set goals.
  • Provide consulting to prospective customers capturing drivers and pains, looking for a balanced MES solution meeting their requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Travel to customers sites across Europe for onsite visits and workshops;
  • Work with accounts leaders to maximize exposure and sales of Syncade MES in targeted accounts;
  • Participate in opportunity qualification and in the elaboration of the corresponding sales strategy for the assigned opportunities ensuring the strategy implementation along the pursuit lifecycle;
  • Engage in pursuits from kickoff to close by guiding and supporting the account leadership, Syncade Champions and / or PSS sales along the sales process.
  • Participate in business development initiatives such as forums, conferences, webinars aiming to promote Syncade according to the business development strategy;
  • Develop and deliver high quality presentations of our product;
  • Participate in proposal development by engaging the right level of MES operations team, ensuring alignment of the proposed solution, scope, execution strategy, and pricing with the opportunity sales strategy.
  • For won projects, handover and work closely with operations to ensure the appropriate delivery of our commitments and acknowledge with customer key project milestones to maximize customer’s satisfaction and maintain relationship.
  • Provide feedback toSyncade and Life Science Management, as well as to the product Marketing.
  • FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED :

  • Degree in IT or Automation Systems;
  • Proven experience in MES Solution with a minimum of 8 years in consulting, pre-sales and / or sales experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the MES in Life Science and Operations management.
  • Familiarity with cGMP, GAMP, S88-S95, Data Integrity, and pharma digital transformation.
  • Ability to deliver results in a matrix-organization environment and cooperate with various levels of the business;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to listen, analyze, position business justification and close.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Availability to travel as needed (up to 50% of working time);
  • Fluency in English; good command of another European language is preferred (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivation and self-control;
  • Keen attention to details and willingness to assume responsibility;
