The key purpose of the role is the development of customer initiatives for continuous improvement of OTD (Order-To-Delivery) process (costs and processes) as part of Mondelez customer handling strategy with focus on functional network.
Ensure and structure a trustworthy direct cooperation with the supply chain of the customer and guarantee an excellent Customer Service for customers, with a qualified, motivated, competent and networked Customer Collaboration team.
Ensure all day to day customer related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate & timely manner and adhering to current business standards.
Functional Responsibilities :
Responsible for E2E Order-To-Delivery performance and for the establishment, management and control of a powerful customer collaboration team (7 direct reports)
Develop the OTD competencies of the customer collaboration team
Manage and implement the Customer Innovation agenda for the market
Attend customer meetings to review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) performance and collaboration agenda
Development and implementation of customer initiatives for continuous improvement of OTD process with a focus on functional network in collaboration with sales, Supply Chain and other functions
Cross Functional interaction including cooperation and extended team management with Information Business Services (IBS)
Development of initiatives for improving the overall delivery process in coordination with other departments, customers and 3PL
Stakeholder, exception and escalation management
Ensure an efficient flow of information to customer-specific topics with different teams including Sales and IBS
Regular consultation with sales and active participation in Commercial meetings
Meet Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) KPI and productivity targets Key work relationships :
