The key purpose of the role is the development of customer initiatives for continuous improvement of OTD (Order-To-Delivery) process (costs and processes) as part of Mondelez customer handling strategy with focus on functional network.

Ensure and structure a trustworthy direct cooperation with the supply chain of the customer and guarantee an excellent Customer Service for customers, with a qualified, motivated, competent and networked Customer Collaboration team.

Ensure all day to day customer related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate & timely manner and adhering to current business standards.

Functional Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for E2E Order-To-Delivery performance and for the establishment, management and control of a powerful customer collaboration team (7 direct reports)
  • Develop the OTD competencies of the customer collaboration team
  • Manage and implement the Customer Innovation agenda for the market
  • Attend customer meetings to review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) performance and collaboration agenda
  • Development and implementation of customer initiatives for continuous improvement of OTD process with a focus on functional network in collaboration with sales, Supply Chain and other functions
  • Cross Functional interaction including cooperation and extended team management with Information Business Services (IBS)
  • Development of initiatives for improving the overall delivery process in coordination with other departments, customers and 3PL
  • Stakeholder, exception and escalation management
  • Ensure an efficient flow of information to customer-specific topics with different teams including Sales and IBS
  • Regular consultation with sales and active participation in Commercial meetings
  • Meet Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) KPI and productivity targets Key work relationships :
