Inside Account Manager Vision Care Benelux

As Inside Account Manager you build drive and execute business plans to drive territory sales by interacting within the existing customer segment.

Responsibilities :

Create and manage your own weekly business plan to achieve set sales targets

Connect with warm customers remotely by utilizing remote sales applications such as Salesforce and Pitcher

Accelerate growth within your own account portfolio and positively impact revenue within both your accounts and Alcon

Help consumers see brilliantly by pushing Alcon’s innovative products in the optical market

Connect with the appropriate stakeholders to deliver the right message with the right frequency with the appropriate communication style

Create a stronger awareness of Alcon products and supporting services, thus making it available to more patients and customers

Apply expert knowledge of Alcon products to support clinical discussions

Deploy and use excellent Marketing and Sales promotional materials and programmes

Present your detailed knowledge of competitor products’ features and benefits during sales calls to improve sales of Alcon products

Work effectively with other Alcon stakeholders and with resources in Sales and across other functions (e.g., Key Account Management, Marketing, etc.

to achieve sales targets

Celebrate your success stories with your team and help each other grow by sharing best practices

Profile :

Strong affinity or prior exposure to sales, telesales

Fluent in French, well versed in English and Dutch, both written and orally

Good communication skills, both technical and interpersonal

Excellent problem solving and customer management skills

Strong influencing, negotiating and collaboration skills
