Our Phenomenal Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Test Manager who will lead the testing team, manage the testing budget, timeline, scope, risk management, and handle customer acceptance of the delivered solution.

As a Test Manager you will also be in charge for the definition and implementation of test strategy, test plans and Test Object List that will lead to the customer’s solution acceptance.

You will

  • Lead test preparation, test scenario, test system and test execution
  • Take the lead in test & validation activities, collaborate with customer, decide when to put a network element in production
  • Lead test modules preparation and acceptance test
  • Identify and drive improvements
  • Be in charge of test object lists, processes and methodologies (incl. CICD, Devops)
  • Manage a project team, consisting of local and remote resources
  • To be successful in the role you must have

  • Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
  • Min 10 years’ experience in Telecommunications in a similar role
  • Leadership skills, ability to handle a validation project, to mobilize all contributors, to drive towards results
  • Coaching & Mentoring Skills
  • Planning, organizing, leading & supervising
  • Applying Expertise & Technology
  • Customer oriented and teammate
  • Experience with cloud-based networks (NFVI, Open Stack, Kubernetes)
  • Experience as solution architect or integration engineer in mobile core networks
