These are your main tasks :
Your main task is to provide customer support regarding functional and technical software / IT issues
As a direct contact point in 2nd level software support for our national and international customers you will develop the best possible customer relationship
You develop suitable solutions through a competent analysis of the incoming functional and IT technical customer requests
You will develop change requests, take over software upgrades and troubleshoot C# code
You develop a knowledge database
As part of the 24 / 7 support team you will also take over on-call duty in plannable cycles and create a high level of customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
A team player with a customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills
Work experience in software with knowledge in the area of C#.Net and Winforms, Windows Server, SQL Server
High service orientation with the readiness for 24 / 7 on-call service in 2nd level support
Understanding of (intra-) logistics processes are advantageous
Travel willingness (national and international approx. 20%)
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is an advantage
