You will be part of Customer Service Team, located in Brussels, serving BeNelux customers
Proactive communication towards customers about product availability and out of stocks
Handling & controlling invoices
In charge of reporting Service Level and Non-Delivery reasons
Responsible for establishing Customer Dashboards on Service Level
Maintaining strong contacts with various departments such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales
Providing support & follow-up within our systems
Opportunity to bring your own points of improvements
Academic degree in Economics or related field of study
Strong interest in Supply Chain, Customer Service and the FMCG sector
Possessing advanced analytical skills and sense for accuracy
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel*
Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch or French is an asset
Available for 6 months as of beginning of August 2021 (Please indicate your possible starting date on your CV!)
