Your role

  • Lead and facilitate the prioritisation and preparation of the backlog and ensure delivery of User Stories is OTOBOSOQ. Ensure transparent communication about it.
  • Define and organize the way of working and the planning of development team including the planning and facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies
  • Facilitate the work of the technical experts of the team and empower them
  • Ensure the maintenance and standardisation of the common library and encourage the reuse of components by both the retail and corporate development teams as much as possible
  • The team is working together since 8. The previous SM held his position for 2,5 years and moved internally towards a new function

  • There are 6 salesflows existing in parallel, for which US must be prioritised, ensuring business goals completion, as well as chargeability of various profiles within IT team
  • Re-writing of one blockbuster
  • Within the Digital & Campaign Department, you will be mainly working with IT online salesflows team, reporting (Gooble Analytics / Power BI), Product Owners, UX & UI experts, as well as with numerous and various internal stakeholders.

    You will provide strategic recommendations by defining a clear and shared digital vision, by creating roadmaps, and by allocating the right resources and priorities.

    You will create strong links between business and IT to deliver features and US according to their business value, on time, on scope and on budget digital projects.
