Supporting the teams in all aspects of client work
Meeting and event management (internal and external)
Booking domestic and international travel, including visa applications
Liaising with HR when on-boarding new colleagues
Providing ad-hoc administrative support
2 to 4 years of experience delivering administrative support in a similar role
High level of spoken & written English
Good level of French and / or Dutch would be an asset
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Good communications skills and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team, without supervision when necessary
An eye for detail and skilled multi-tasker
Highly computer literate, proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
