As a customer service teamleader you are responsible for a local CSR’s team, and a team in Moldova / Macedonia.
You and your team take care of the needs of our customers. Your organize the complete workflow to meet customer timeframes.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments : sales, operations, finance.
Follow up on customer interactions.
Manage administration and maintain customer databases.
Very good communication skills in Dutch and English
Experience in customer service
