R&D product development core of the organization international team With more than 10.000 employees working at Ontex, you will become part of the very core of the organization where you provide an significant contribution to improving the quality of life at consumer level.
You manage product development activities of new and existing products for customers in the medical market such as hospitals, nursing homes, local authorities and pharmacies.
The challenging product innovations that you manage lie within an international scope and in close cooperation with plants, suppliers, purchasing, product management, engineering, legal, sales & marketing, .
You gather insights from market research to focus on continious innovation and improving the quality of life of consumers.
You build and maintain business relationships with suppliers and external agencies; you understand their portfolio and capabilities.
You will be working in the Ontex Plant in Buggenhout and will travel to the different plants up to 30% of your time. You report to the R&D Manager Health Care, based in Ontex Italy.
Team oriented project management skills innovative You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, bioscience, textiles.
You have fluent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus. You are dynamic, a real team player and focused on quality.
Knowledge of medical device regulations and ISO-standards is a plus. You are interested in developing and innovating adult care products to improve the lives of consumers.
