The role purpose is to support the company business needs within HR competencies and represent the HR organization at the Leadership Team level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform front line HR duties for assigned countries, including performing more complex investigation, handling semi-routine employee issues, performing compensation analysis, interpreting and advising to management
  • Assess HR issues that require considerable judgment and risk management where EW policies and practices do not exist
  • Administer complex proactive programs, procedures and plans as it relates to driving employee engagement and employee relations, change management, & talent development
  • Offers and contracts preparation
  • On boarding and orientation process for new employees

    Preparation of payroll documentation, communication with external payroll provider

    Recruitment cycle work closely with Talent Acquisition as well as the hiring manager, participate in final interviews and selection of candidates

    Administration and implementation of internal policies in compliance with corporate requirements and legal / social / economic restrictions of the country

    Data Management proper use of all HR systems, ensure compliance, maintain data up-to-date

    Keep up to date with market situation and regularly monitor development of local labor market

    Investigate more complex employee complaints in partnership with the legal department and recommend solution to resolve complaint

    Advise and coach leadership on a variety of business issues that impact talent and / or business operations

    Education & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor s Degree (Business Administration or related field)
  • Minimum 4 years related Human Resources experience, including employee relations and payroll preparation
  • Required Skills

    Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak Dutch & English, French is a major advantage

    Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and working knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills including consultative and relationship management skills on all organizational levels

    Substantial knowledge and understanding of HR functional areas including : Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Leadership Development and Organizational Development

    Ability to work independently without close supervision

    Substantial knowledge and understanding of applicable local legislation

    Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization

    Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

    Ability to assess risks, analyze situations and determine next course of action

    Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
