As part of the Group activities, the Lead Accounting Coordinator manages teams in different countries and support internal stakeholders such as the business and IT divisions.

The main responsibilities include :

  • The management of the team located in the shared service center as well as the coordination with worldwide intermediaries
  • The coordination of local projects from a Group perspective
  • The monitoring and translation of local activities into Group opportunities
  • The participation to transversal reconciliation and improvement processes
  • The opportunity to participate in M&A activities
  • The definition of local and Group control activities
  • The provision of accounting guidance and the maintenance of accurate strategic tooling
  • The Lead Accounting Coordinator has the opportunity to become a real trusted partner throughout the whole business and act as a real leader.

  • Master's degree in Finance / Economics / Business Engineering - or equivalent
  • Min 7 years of relevant experience - ideally with an audit experience
  • Excellent accounting education and understanding
  • Excellent command of English, French is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Hands on and proactive
  • Ability to manage different projects and to manage different teams simultaneously
