As part of the Group activities, the Lead Accounting Coordinator manages teams in different countries and support internal stakeholders such as the business and IT divisions.
The main responsibilities include :
The management of the team located in the shared service center as well as the coordination with worldwide intermediaries
The coordination of local projects from a Group perspective
The monitoring and translation of local activities into Group opportunities
The participation to transversal reconciliation and improvement processes
The opportunity to participate in M&A activities
The definition of local and Group control activities
The provision of accounting guidance and the maintenance of accurate strategic tooling
The Lead Accounting Coordinator has the opportunity to become a real trusted partner throughout the whole business and act as a real leader.
Master's degree in Finance / Economics / Business Engineering - or equivalent
Min 7 years of relevant experience - ideally with an audit experience
Excellent accounting education and understanding
Excellent command of English, French is a plus
Excellent communication and organization skills
Hands on and proactive
Ability to manage different projects and to manage different teams simultaneously
