As a part of the BrandCommunications Team, the Communication and Campaign Specialist is responsible forthe creation and execution of (e)Direct Marketing campaigns.
He / she plays animportant role in creating a seamless customer journey with aligned messagesthat fit the Nespresso brand universe.
Set-upand manage direct to consumer communication
Localize HQ (e)DM campaigns
Create, set-up and manage local (e)DM campaigns
Monitor and secure the (e)DM campaign planning,in line with the overall marketing calendar
Develop the adaptation or creation of the campaignconcept with the creative agency
Develop the key message(s) of the (e)DMcampaigns.
Secure a seamless customer journey through bestin class execution of the campaigns.
Ensure that the (e)DM campaigns arepersonalized, relevant and perceived exclusive with the support of the ConsumerExperience & Insights team .
Optimize directto consumer communication
Based on post-evaluations of previous campaignsand other (e)DM insights, decide on the most effective content to maximizeimpact on set targets
Align with Consumer Experience & Insightsteam on the reporting and evaluation of
Benchmark local performances with internationalbest practices and local competitive environment.
Brand Communications team and Marketing Team
Cross department collaborationat local and global level with, amongstothers, E-business, Retail, Customer Care, Supply Chain
External partners such as creative agencies,operational agencies
KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Degree in Marketing or Communication
1 to 3 years of experience in direct marketing
Proven experience in internal and external stakeholdersmanagement
Detail oriented, rigorous and disciplined, Pragmaticand results oriented
Used to work against tight deadlines
Curious and ability to generate creative ideas
Excellent interpersonal & communicationskills
Full command of the Dutch, French and Englishlanguage (written and spoken)
