Omschrijving van de organisatie

Voor de groeiende Solvay Specialty Polymers vestiging in Oudenaarde, zijn wij op zoek naar gemotiveerde, polyvalente operatoren om het productieteam te versterken.

Alle operatoren doorlopen een vast opleidingstraject. Je start je carrière bij Solvay bij de verpakking en groeit door naar de meer complexere operatorfuncties met grotere autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid in het bedienen van de productielijnen.

Er wordt in een 3-ploegen systeem gewerkt tijdens de week.

Functieomschrijving

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van een nieuwe geautomatiseerde verpakkings- en de palettisatielijn :

Zodra je deze functie onder de knie hebt, doorloop je de volgende stap in jouw trainings- en carrièrepad tot uiteindelijk machine-operator.

Gemotiveerde medewerkers brengen het tot ploegleider waarbij je jouw ploeg efficiënt aanstuurt om een kwalitatief hoogstaand eindproduct tot stand te brengen.

Education and Experience

Je beschikt over een A2-diploma in een technische richting (mechanica / elektromechanica) of je hebt hierin persoonlijke of professionele ervaring opgebouwd.

Je beschikt over een heftruckattest of hebt reeds ervaring in het besturen van een heftruck.We zoeken geen software expert , maar je beschikt over de nodige vaardigheden om eenvoudige zaken in Google (Drive, Sheets, Slides, .

Skills

Talen : Je begrijpt en spreekt goed Nederlands. Engels is een bijkomende troef.Je hebt een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn bij het uitvoeren van de taken en volgt de veiligheidsvoorschriften (zero tolerance).

Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen.Je bent vooral gemotiveerd.
