Job Description The IT Solutions Manager Finance, Administration and HR will be responsible for group-wide programs across Eurofins Finance, Administration and Human Resources areas, encompassing Group Finance tools (AX 2012 ERP, Cognos TM1 for financial reporting & budgeting, Coupa for purchasing, a global consolidation tool as well as a global TMS / BCT platform), Group HR tools (SmartRecruiters TAS, HRIS, career pages) and other Group tools (Group CRM, Group Master Data platform, etc.

He / she will be responsible for leading and delivering the IT roadmap, including the definition, implementation, and deployment of projects, as well as the maintenance of the existing capabilities.

The person will also need to ensure adherence to Eurofins standard IT-solution processes and service levels. The person fulfilling this position will be responsible for a team of 50+ people located in various locations globally.

He / she will be expected to facilitate the adoption of new processes, solutions, and tools by the key business stakeholders, and liaise with national, regional and global business and IT leaders to collect their needs, build a budget, facilitate the deployment of solutions, monitor the performance and service level of existing solutions, etc.

SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS Overall Leadership 1) Several key initiaves are currently underway (deployment of TMS / BCT, choice & deployment of a new HRIS, a new Master Data platform, a new consolidation tool, rebuilding of Cognos TM1 to reflect latest organizational changes, etc.

  • the IT Solutions manager for Finance, Administration & HR will need to be able to oversee these various initiatives, ensuring coherence between them and other existing solutions, while enforcing strong project management capabilities in order to deliver in a timely manner 2) Ability to drive stakeholder management at the highest levels of the organisation (senior leadership including C-level);
  • 3) Ensure appropriate, timely information about content and progress of the implementation-project to all stakeholders, including Steering Committee as well as global and national business and IT leaders;
  • 4) Overall coordination of Eurofins’ Finance, Administration & HR IT Practice; 5) Strategic roadmap design, implementation, and roll-out of tools and solutions within the scope;
  • 6) Budget management / resource management, with the support of Group IT controlling. Program Leadership 1) Lead the deployment of the group Finance, Administration and HR solutions across the Group;
  • 2) Manage each Program Manager in scope to ensure timely and on budget delivery; 3) Report overall programs status; 4) Leverage expertise to influence the identification and validation of User Requirements;
  • 5) Drive the formalisation of Eurofins global standardised practice in process documentation; 6) Lead the user committees and / or local business units to integrate them into each stream’s roadmap;
  • 7) Act as the solution owner in the liaison with other IT Programs; 8) Contribute to the duly execution of the Release Management process, based on Scrum methodology, and coordinate with the near-shore and offshore teams.

    Qualifications Educational Background M.Sc., B.E. or equivalent in Information Technology or comparable field (Applied Math, Engineering, business degree with integrated IT, etc.

  • Alternatively : a business degree or unrelated higher degree with according technical work experience; PM Certification like PMP or Prince2 will be considered a plus;

  • Technical Skills At least 5 years of experience in a related role Program Management in an ITcontext; At least 10 years of experience within the Finance, Administration and / or HR areas;
  • Consulting background in one of the Big 4 consulting firms; Experience in one or multiple of the following fields : Change Management, Business Process Management, Data management, and UML design;
  • Proven experience in designing and managing a complex project roadmap / pipeline; Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting;
  • Proven experience in working with near-shore and off-shore teams; Excellent understanding of potential impacts on cross functional processes;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft solutions (MS Office package, MS Project, MS Visio). Personal Profile Ability and willingness to work in an international environment;
  • Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities; Very good communication skills in English (concise writing and orally convincing);
  • Very good interpersonal relation skills at all levels of the organisation; Very good presentation skills; Attention to detail;
  • Self-organised with very good time management skills. Languages English (Excellent command required in both oral and written English);
  • Other European languages such as French or German will be considered a plus.
