As the successful Sr Market Access Consultant, you will have the following responsibilities :

  • Define optimal pricing & reimbursement and evidence generation strategy for new products and for line extensions considering the specificity of the European environment, in collaboration with all involved departments across the clients' organization.
  • Prepare reimbursement applications, including adaptation of health economic models for new products and for line extensions to obtain the inclusion of the product in the list of reimbursed products at the best possible reimbursement conditions.
  • Maintain reimbursement throughout the product life cycle (revisions, new indications, arrival of generics ).
  • Support development of materials for use by other departments that integrate information on products that supports strategies for optimising revenues, reimbursement, formulary position.
  • Participate as Market Access representative in relevant meetings toward the public affairs for the clients of the group
  • Integrate the team for the strategic development of the activity of the company.
  • Collaborate closely with the partners to sustain the growth of the team.
  • Develop close bound & pitches with the sales division in order to ensure the development of the activities.
  • As the successful Sr Market Access Consultant, you will have the following requirements :

  • At least a Master degree with a Major in science or in economic fields. Or equivalent by experience.
  • Strong asset : Hold an Additional Degree such as : MBA, MSc in Health economics, MSc in Global public health, PharmD, PhD in Economics, Epidemiology, Business engineering, Finance, Public Health, Pharmacy, Health Outcomes Research, Health Services Research
  • Proven experience of at least 3-year Market Access or Health Economics Within the Healthcare industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and writing skills - use to handle relationship with high level stakeholders
  • Any experience in a consulting environment or project management will be consider as a strong asset
  • Fluent in French or Dutch & English is mandatory
  • Ability to prioritize work according to the priorities of the business. Sense of urgency is critical to avoid any delay in submissions / answers
  • Being able to compromise with commercial, medical, and Pricing and Reimbursement objectives : interaction with other departments (Regulatory, Medical, Commercial, Finance)
