Role The role will in the heart of shaping and driving technologydisruption and digital transformation for our clients. The mission is to identify and incubate the nextgeneration of services around disruptive technologies in anticipation of futuredemand from pioneering clients around Data Monetization and Innovation.
He / She will create a team of digital technology experts,who build and deliver those high-quality and innovative technology solutionsthat help our clients to be successful and change the way their people andcustomers experience work, life and entertainment.
Objectives : - Build a long-termrelationship with our clients (internals and externals)- Run a Technology Market Watch in order to feed the Business and IT strategicplans including identifying new Business Opportunities- Ramp-up the setup of the IT Data and Innovation teamsincluding put into place its Operating Model ( Run / Build).
The current teams(around 40-50) are expected to grow exponentially in the next 3 years.- Deliver the currently engaged Projects that willcontribute to the Business Ambitions of Euroclear while introducing newTechnology Stacks (Public Cloud, API’s, Blockchain, AI)- Managing andcoordinating diverse teams at our clients, using Agile by default- Meet operational, contractual and economic commitmentsincluding financial forecasting and follow up- Create a Great place to Work aligned to Euroclearstrategy Qualifications What we’relooking for : Education : The Head of IT Tribe Innovation and Data Monetization has a master’sdegree in IT, or any other relatedbusiness field.
An equivalent of thesame in working experience is also acceptable.This is a truly dual role mixing IT Delivery and strategic shapingof the IT and Business ambitions of Euroclear regarding Data Monetization andInnovation.
The candidate for this position must have had at least 15 years ofworking experience, at least 10 of which were spent in delivery of complex ITsolutions, ideally introducing new technology and ways of working to anexisting organization He / She will also demonstrate the ability to obtain and filterinformation (lean startup pratices will be a plus), identify key issuesrelevant to the achievement of long-term strategic goals, and commit to therealized course of action for the purpose of accomplishing those goals.
Acandidate for this position will additionally have a proven ability to generatenew outlooks of the business on the market, for example, through trendforecasting, experiential marketing, and innovation.
The suitablecandidate will additionally have an overall business acumen and solid financialgrounding as well as a proven and successful track record of developing anddriving growth initiatives and identifying business opportunities in order todevelop strategies that capitalize on those opportunities.
Communication Skills : As expected, communication skills are anintegral requirement for the role.Good communicationskills will be necessary in communicating clear information and instructionsdown the line to strategy management teams, which will greatly improve theirefficiency and effectiveness.
Clear communicationof sensitive strategic information to business-wide leadership, executives, andstakeholders (CEO, the management committee and all the division heads) will bepivotal in determining how effectively these strategies will be executed acrossthe business.
He / She will also be required to draw regular reports and deliverpresentations to senior strategy management leadership, executives, and regularstakeholders.
Therefore, thesereports must be insightful, clear, easy-to-understand, engaging, andconvincing, in order to facilitate appropriate strategy decision-making acrossthe business.
Analytical Skills : The candidate must also possessstrong analytical in order to engage with senior IT and Business leadership andhelp define the strategic ambitions of Euroclear while focusing on the valuecreation of the Projects he will deliver Leadership Skills : Providing direction, Strategic agility, Business Acumen,Self-reflection and Inspiring / Engaging are important skills needed to be astrong leader at Euroclear.
