Detailed description and Job Requirements

Sellsior is expanding at a very fast rate. We start to notice that we are in the need for more structure and planning at a management level.

For this reason we are opening the position of a team leader that will guide his inside sales team to better results. This role will require some flexibility in the beginning where there is a certain overlap in tasks that will first be a part of his / her role but that afterwards will become big enough to be a new full-time function.

The main focus will remain on guiding the inside sales team to better results and reporting on this.

Your role will have you collaborating closely with the Sales Manager from Sellsior (when deals are signed where our lead gen services are sold), the HR department (hiring new hire, students and interns, organizing training for the different skill gaps) and the future Service Delivery Manager (for a handover of the Temporary tasks).

The goal is to provide both one-to-one and one-to-many support, offer administrative help and report on results with your management.

Your physical presence in the office is required on a full-time basis. Your team needs to be able to find you without delay.


The responsibilities for this role are defined in two categories : Fix and Temporary. Duties that are Fix are part or the current role and will stay a part of it.

The ones indicated as Temporary will be part of the initial role but will be transferred by you when the correct profile for these tasks is hired.

Fix :

  • Daily management of the inside sales team
  • Set & follow up on KPI’s with your team and make them accountable for it
  • Take corrective measures when KPI’s aren’t met
  • Manage the skills in your team and train them accordingly
  • Setup reporting on projects
  • Generate call-scripts, emailings, messages, for and with your team
  • Create a planning for the different projects
  • Generate the final delivery of a project
  • Manage your resources between projects for our consultants, projects for Sellsior and projects for our clients (leadgen for all these three requesters)
  • Keep a clean overview of all the running, delivered and closed projects
  • Provide your team with all the information so they can be successful
  • Put the training in place for your team so they can perform on a project
  • Be the go-to person for the questions that the Inside Sales Team would have for execution of their tasks
  • Give guidance to the students and interns in your team
  • Meet with your manager to commit on results and give an overview of your running business
  • Fill in operationally when there are gaps in resources Lead by example
  • Temporary :

  • Perform the intake with clients on the projects for the Inside Sales Team
  • When a deal is closed making sure that we receive all the necessary (phone numbers, email, documentation, SLA’s, ) in accordance with what was sold
  • Provide reporting on agreed basis towards clients (service delivery management)
  • Set up quality measuring and improving ways of working
  • Technically assist your team in setting up their phone (3CX), email (client accounts, signature, )

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills and stand out in efficiency
  • Be very trustworthy and reliable
  • Fluent in written and spoken Dutch (C1), English (C1) and French (C1)
  • Proficient with Excel functions (Sum, Subtotal, Vlookup, Graphs, Pivot table, )
  • Proficient with Word functions (Styles, numbering, templates, )
  • Proficient PowerPoint skills (Master slide, templates, importing & linking items, )
