Our client is looking for a Partner to lead and shape its insurance and reinsurance practice in Brussels, building upon the firm's market-leading global practice that advises in respect of some of the most complex insurance claims and coverage issues in the industry.

The team has had a presence in Brussels since 2011. It is highly regarded for its legal and professional expertise and ranked in the top tier of Legal 500 and recommended by Who's Who Legal.

The team works closely with the global offices in Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas and the Middle East, which provides a truly collaborative global environment to work in as well as ensuring our clients receive seamless legal services.

The global team acts for general insurers, reinsurers and life and health insurers on a wide range of legal, business and regulatory issues;

providing market-leading knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome for the clients.

Master degree in Law

As from 7 - 10 years' experience as Lawyer / Partner at the Brussels Bar

Insurance experience to include advising on and litigating / arbitrating large and complex cases in a global environment, regulatory matters and coverage

Fluent in English and also in French and / or Dutch

Relevant portable business expected in international law firms
