Your responsibilities :

  • You position the GSK products and services as the best value proposition to a defined interest group or individuals following the strategic guidelines given by GSK and defend the interests of GSK as a company and in line with the GSK Ethical code
  • You deliver an individual operational plan in line with the product / GSK strategic direction
  • You realize the qualitative and quantitative objectives as defined in the annuals plans, the LOC Strategy and the budgets, while observing strictly the Ethical Code and the Internal Ground Rules of GSK.
  • You advocate GSK strategies in terms of content as well as in behavior by explaining and illustrating GSK values and vision on customer interactions
  • You capture and escalate customers and market insights to the organization in order to feed the plan development and course corrections processes.
  • You collaborate with peers and colleagues in developing solutions to maintain access to our key customers groups and increase GSK competitiveness.
  • You execute the assigned objectives from the operational plan, containing key activities (scientific meetings, Round Tables, etc ) and investments of PR-budget in line with the Operational Plan of the Division.
  • You demonstrate GSK’s values at all GSK internal and external interactions

    Basic Qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :

  • Bachelor of science or equivalent by experience.
  • 2-5 years of Job related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage accurately and autonomously administrative requirements.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and Health Care environment
  • Proven commercial, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to understand / learn human basic science
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze own business and propose actions
  • Proficient in French and Dutch, basic knowledge English required
  • Preferred Qualifications :

    If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus :

  • Commercial experience, preferable in a health care or FMCG environment
  • Appropriate IT user knowledge
