Within your role
As a key member of the team, you will report to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for our Software R & D teams.
This is a position with phenomenal impact on our business - attracting, engaging and selecting the best in class talent.
You will have the opportunity to :
Develop creative recruitment strategies - think outside of the box to attract candidates to roles and the Esko employer brand!
Use creative methods and technologies to source. Tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, a CRM and Textio (just to name a few) to their full potential
Identify top talent for open roles
Commit to exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
Training of hiring managers on topics such as Diversity & Inclusion, Conscious and Unconscious Biases or using Social Media for recruitment
Contribute to the development and implementation of regional and global initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (or equivalent level)
Experience in Software and IT recruitment
Creative sourcing and networking experience
Fluent in English (another European language would be like a cherry on the cake ;))
