Address technical issues related to software and hardware implementation, function and upgrades.
Resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
Work closely with our US based Tech. Support team to identify and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the installation and implementation of the software.
Leading training classes to educate customers about our software and hardware products.
Assist the customer and distributor in finding the correct solution for his application.
Minimum 2 years of proven success in Technical Support.
Have an open personality, loyal and likable character with honesty and integrity.
Be based in Belgium.
General IT knowledge, DataBase (SQL) knowledge is a must.
Capable of organizing trainings for our customers and our distributors.
Assist our Sales Engineers with the sales of our Software and Hardware.
Have a driver license.
You own a high degree in computer science or Engineering.
Experience working in manufacturing and production environment is a must.
You have excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of German and French is a plus
You have interest in Quality software like SPC (Statistical Process Control)
