To strengthen our Project Management Group, we are looking to fill the position of : Global Project Manager.
About the Role
You will be responsible for :
Driving the development of differentiated patient solutions through coordinating the Project team’s strategic plan via the Target Patient Value Profile (TPVP) and Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP).
Aligning key messages for UCB governance bodies and manage internal and external interfaces for the project through a comprehensive communications plan.
Designing the projects using relevant project management frameworks and methodologies such as scenario planning, building business cases, trade off analyses etc.
Sharing Information transparently across the organization as single point of contact for project planning and budget.
Motivating and Guiding the project team to deliver the project, including advocated a continuous feedback culture through managing lessons learned or similar.
Planning, tracking and monitoring project progress across all sub-teams (for early projects), managing risks, issues and opportunities during project execution
Representating of the project at Governance Body Meetings and deputize for Patient Solution Lead / Mission Head, when requested.
Train others in the PVU / PST and Missions / Sub-teams on project management concepts and processes as appropriate. Ensure onboarding of new PVU / PST members
You should have :
Bachelor’s degree in a related subject and ideally, Project Management Certification
At least 3 years of experience in Project Manager Role within Pharmaceutical Industry in a Research and Development Setting
Experience of working in global environment, with demanding timelines and complex deliverables
