To manage this constant change and to cope with our challenges, we are looking forward to hiring an IT BUSINESS ANALYST with relevant experience in (implementing) SAP RETAIL, or similar IT SUPPLY CHAIN solutions.
Previous experiences in sectors like retail, logistics, production or industry would be a big plus.
The responsibilities of an IT Business Analyst at Carrefour include the following ones, but may slightly vary depending on the IT business unit you’ll join, your level of seniority and the extra value you can add :
Participate in projects related to the definition, design, build, (test) and implementation of in-scope IT solutions.
Analyze functional and technical designs, asses the solution direction (costs effectiveness, functional and technical fit of the solution) and support the development of the solution.
Formulate and maintain system- and user documentation in designated knowledge management repositories.
Perform the analyses and impact study in case of new requirements related to the in-scope IT solutions, coming from new initiatives, projects or change requests.
Provide active support on operational issues, propose potential solutions and after approval, support the implementation of improvements to common solution.
Actively partner with and challenge stakeholders in order to continuously improve Solutions.
You hold a bachelor IT or master’s degree in economics or science, with option IT.

You have 2 to 10 years of relevant SAP consulting experience.
Knowledge of SAP modules SD / MM and SAP IS-Retail ECC is required.
Experience in S / 4 Hana Retail for merchandise management, SAP F&R, SAP CAR, SAP Fiori cloud and SAP Mobile Instore Management Solutions is a plus.
You’re fluent in Dutch and English or in French and English.
You are customer oriented, with excellent communication skills, capable to defend your ideas, but open to listen to others as well.
You’re able to manage huge workloads and you’re flexible to deal with (occasional) incidents outside of office hours.
You’re eager to learn and you have a huge appetite for innovative technologies and changing trends in the market.
You have a positive and accountable mindset.
