Your team and your responsibilities
Value Chain Commercial and technical IT division is responsible for implementing modifying and supporting the aftersales strategy of Toyota Europe.
It covers various area like accessory development, pan-European used car customer journey, translation and publishing of technical repairing manuals and support the transition from an automobile to a mobility company for Aftersales.
Your responsibilities :
Capture the requirements, document and become a reference person in the value chain area to secure process and knowledge sharing.
Be ready to work on various project and interact with different European countries or regions like TMC in Japan.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture to understand the project technical architecture and be able to explain it to a business person.
Take ownership of a project and organise the different steps from initiating phase to final delivery and support handover.
Work with support team in order to improve system quality. Having agile (scrum) background is a plus, to take the role of scrum master on some projects.
Your profile is required to help the IT transformation of Toyota aftersales towards the mobility of the future. You can become an actor for a better service to all European Toyota customers.
