Your Profile

  • Minimum bachelor degree in HR, Business, Economics or Law
  • Creative and innovative mind
  • Curiosity to learn about a wide range of topics
  • Well organised, good project management skills
  • Flexible team player with hands-on mentality
  • Natural positive attitude, self-starter, taking initiative
  • Willing to work in an international, multicultural environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Power point
  • Fluency in English

    Team / division description

    By ensuring transparent, two-way communication based on mutual respect, achieve and maintain stable labour relations and contribute to a working environment where employees can work with trust in the company.

    Our roles and responsibilities include :

  • Ensuring regular & transparent two-way communication with all TME employees
  • Coordinate the bi-annual employee motivation survey activity
  • Coordinate the company employee vitality activities (sport events, year-end party, family day, team building etc)
  • Maintain stable labour relations through constructively working together with unions.
  • Your project

  • Develop a database and structure to monitor external economic and social trends, by analysing the current key drivers within the European economy and the impact they can have on automotive players
  • Develop a database and structure to handle internal benchmarking between our European affiliates in the area of employee relations (employee turnover, retention, working conditions and other HR policies)
  • Support the preparation of our European and Belgium Works Council meetings
  • Support our internal employee relations activities
  • Place of employment : Toyota Motor Europe, Head Office Brussels (Evere)

    Starting date : November

    Duration : Six months

    Confidentiality : Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate / school in advance.

    It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

    We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
