You will be part of a youngand dynamic team

Your Role

  • You will be a key player, whose primary role, is toclosely oversee a superior customer experience.
  • You will be part of the Operational Support Team of doktr
  • You are responsible for coordinating activity on the doktr platform and take appropriate action to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • You will provide administrative support via the doktr platform, email or telephone to both patients and doctos.
  • You will keep a close eye on the daily planning, report and make adjustments where necessary.
  • You report in a structured way to your team in order to make improvements to the tools and / or the processes.
  • You are familiar with social media in order to respond to positive and negative reviews.
  • You are clear in your communication to the doctors and our users.
  • Your profile and skills :

    Are youpassionate about delivering an optimal and even superior experience to themarket? Are you interested in health-related products and services?

    Are yousomeone who can work independently, organize and prioritize your activities autonomously? Do

  • You want to be part of a close andcollaborative team?
  • You have excellent communication skills and you excel in dealing with people. This in your mother tongue (FR or NL), or both if you are bilingual, but also in English.
  • You are very good at analyzing practical problems and always look for efficient solutions.
  • You have good self-control, are stress resistant and assertive.
  • You are motivated and have a positive attitude.
  • You are flexible and willing to work a variable schedule.
  • You are interested in the digital ecosystem, health and healthcare and its significant future evolution
  • You have a good knowledge of Office 365 and you are not afraid to use new tools.
