Responsible BNL remote sales reaching the annual budget. Support the Sales Manager In managing the daily business while having ownership on own projects.


1. Responsible BNL remote sales :

Accountable to reach the annual net revenue for your client base (Dutch / Flemish and French speaking retailers)

  • Align & follow-up with on annual agreement in line with BDG
  • Present the launches and negotiate their introduction / SOS
  • Follow-up on SO / SI performance& stock level
  • Collect & process all re- orders / follow-up on returns, logistic maters
  • Identify commercial needs & business opportunities
  • Follow-up on monthly sales & YTD vs BDG per customer
  • Coordinate and follow-up with the Field Account Manager who will visit the clients twice per year
  • Coordination launch packs and sets for remote sales

  • Prepare all tools related to the launches, sets & to support key consumer period
  • 2. Project lead sales platform remote tool :

  • Responsible for the successful roll-out of the tool, initiate pro-actively improvements, main contact towards HQ Puig.
  • 3. Coordination & follow-up on BNL distribution & annual condition agreements :

  • Roll-out & follow- up new SDA contract
  • Following -up on opening new doors
  • Follow-up and activate Puig process on doors who are below annual quota
  • Annual conditions agreements; support Sales Manager Independents & department stores in preparing tracking, following -up on the annual agreements throughout the year
  • Lead Customer master file
  • 4. Lead masterdata all BNL retailers

  • Deliver accurate in time the masterdata to all retailers & follow-up-up with internal stakeholders
  • Improve process & contact pilot project HQ
  • 5. Overall sales support

  • Prepare , follow-up on weekly / monthly trackers to field Account Managers & Sales manager
  • Support the Sales Manager in coordination & execution year end closure
  • Prepare and deliver the monthly sell-in reports for all retailers
  • Follow-up on invoicing COOP, other expenses related to retailers
  • Ad-hoc & recurrent support

  • Bachelor degree; Business and Management
  • Min of 3 year working experience within cosmetics or FMCG
  • Experience as a Telesales Representative or Customer Service Representative is a plus
  • Bilingual in Dutch and French in oral and written and good knowledge in English

  • Commercial sense and passionate about closing sales deals
  • Strong knowledge of Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proactivity, independent, self-starter, can-do / hands-on mentality. Capable of working under
  • minimum supervision (Manager is seated in NL)

  • Ability to manage, prioritize multiple assignments and work efficiently while remaining flexible to
  • unforeseen changes in direction

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and sense of urgency in a fast paced work
  • environment
