Verisure Belgium is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate HRBP to join our growing and successful Team. The role will report to the HR Director Belgium, work closely with the Local management and other Leaders across the country.

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for :
Supporting our Senior HRBP in collaborating closely with business leaders in the organization (Flanders and headquarters) to solve complex organizational challenges, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help onboard, retain, develop, and compensate talent.
Welcoming and onboarding newcomers.
Managing career transitions (internal mobility) and exits of our people with best care.
Leveraging data and analytics to help drive insights and performance metrics.
Providing strategic insight and support to cross functional projects run by the L&D Project Specialist and the team of HRBP?
s (e.g. coaching initiative, engagement survey, absenteeism etc.)
Connecting with the business organization and act as a team-player within the HR team.
Priorities for the first 12 months :
Back-up of our Project and L&D specialist during maternity leave (Q4) - trainings, leadership coaching and support, employer branding initiatives.
Build knowledge of the company, the culture and build strong relationships with the people in the HQ.
Understand how value is created short / mid / long term.
Strengthen sustainable engagement together with HRBP team.
Gaining in visibility and credibility with business leaders of HQ and Flanders.
You have a Master?s degree and 5-10 years of experience in an HR role.
You have previous experience with Performance Management, Talent Management and Coaching.
Knowledge of Belgian legislation is a must.
You have very strong people and process skills.
Fluency in Dutch, French and English is mandatory.
You are an expert problem solver and you have excellent organizational skills.
You have an eye for detail and an analytical mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
You have a sense of responsibility, and value high ethical standards and personal integrity.
