Behind every great consultant stands a strong support team! The number of consultants at delaware is rising, and we the internal IT team want to continue to provide them with the best IT services.
We provide end user support to all delaware employees. As the collaboration expert in our team, you will develop, plan, design and implement collaboration tools for all delaware employees.
This includes communication throughout our offered solutions and providing training on how to get the most out of them.
To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with the different delaware entities to identify & clarify customer needs to offer the best solution.
Just so you know : delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen and Wavre. Your home base’ will be the office in Kortrijk .
There, you’ll find most of your internal IT colleagues as well as the majority of the support departments.
What will you be doing?
In this role you are responsible for our internal collaboration solutions. This means planning and management of all necessary internal and external activities & resources to provide great collaboration solutions.
You’ll be working closely with the end users to collect demands and drive customer experience and satisfaction;
You’ll ensure the products we are deploying meet our end user needs;
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the business stakeholders and understand their core business processes and priorities to better deliver technical platform solutions and services ;
You are responsible for user acceptance testing & usability testing ;
You’ll develop and execute plans for new end user products, features and functions to all end users;
You’ll design, structure and manage the provision of collaboration solutions with Microsoft (SharePoint, Teams, Office 365, ) and Zoom technology
Let’s see. If you
Have at least 3 years of experience with developping innovative ideas to improve customer satisfaction, preferably in an Agile environment;
Have experience with Design Thinking & User Experience : developing detailed customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups and other product deliverables to effectively translate product requirements into a tangible interaction model;
Are familiar with multiple collaboration tools and already trained end users on them;
Can understand business goals, product roadmaps and KPI’s and apply appropriate data and customer insights to translate into clear UX priorities ;
Have a high-level proficiency in digital messaging , usability and user experience strategy ;
Are an excellent communicator (in English and Dutch or French ) and have your presentation skills on point;
