Oversee the coordination and administration of all components of an ongoing program toward a common strategic objective.
It includes planning, organizing, leading and controlling program activities, as well as identifying the resource gap / needs.
Integrate and control the interdependencies among program components by working in five interrelated and interdependent Program Management Performance Domains : Program Strategy Alignment, Program Benefits Management, Program Stakeholder Engagement, Program Governance, and Program Life-Cycle Management
In collaboration with key stakeholders and / or constituent Project Managers :
Support the identification of opportunities and benefits to achieve the client’s strategic objectives through program implementation.
Maintain up to date a program roadmap (high-level view of key milestones and decision points) using goals and objectives of the program, applicable historical information, and other available resources in order to align program with organizational strategic objectives.
Manage program benefits
Manage program changes in accordance with the structured program governance to resolve scope, quality, schedule, cost, and risk impacts;
analyze impact of the changes on the expected benefits and outcome
Address program risks and issues by identifying and following up the appropriate actions to enable continued program progress;
maintain an integrated risk register
Generally responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of the program.
Maintain accurate program information, communicate and report program information to stakeholders according to the program communication plan to ensure aligned understanding of program content and status (program dashboard)
Ensure tier framework & escalation process is implemented
Master degree in engineering or related scientific domains,
Native level of French or Dutch and fluent in English,
Minimum 3 years of Project / Program Management experience with capability of working independently on multiple projects, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
Strong influential and negotiation skills
Excellent communicator and natural leader
