We are looking for an Expatriation Advisor . Within Syner-Expat, the internal ENGIE department in charge of management of expatriation, the Expatriation Advisor is the referent for specific BU's of the ENGIE Group. Your mission

  • review of expatriation package and contractual documents. Self-preparation of package and contractual documents in case of sensitive assignments.
  • Preparation of lnternational Mobility cost estimations. Particípation to annual package revíew

  • meeting with lnternational Assignees, prior to departure, to explain lnternational Mobility Allowances and Benefits. Review of salary package, contractual documents, tax, social security, insurance,.
  • impacts of international assignment
  • day-to-day management of international Mobilities : treat assignees' and HR' requests on ENGIE lnternational mobility policy and regular practice
  • follow up of lnternational Mobility population in responsibility zone and update of ad hoc database
  • coordination with Deputy and Officer on specific aspects of lnternational Mobility assignments (preparation of documents, payroll instructions, tax payments, immigration, relocation,...)
  • participation in projects regarding implementation of lntemational Mobility Policy and other technical
  • coordination with tax provider on compliance and consultancy for assigned population
  • participation in project of automation of lnternational Mobility activities
  • Your profile

  • you must hold a university diploma or equivalent in law, tax and / or HR
  • you must drive your daily business in a compliant way, towards legal regulations and following ENGIE guidelines. "There is only way and that is the compliant way"
  • strong analytical and synthetic skills : although experience in an international context or in international mobility management is an added value, you must be eager and capable to learn and to develop expertise.
  • You can be an expert on anything if you just use logic"

  • although human contact is crucial when dealing with expats and their families, you must have an appetite for Digitalisation.
