Beeple is a tech scale-up company founded in 2016 by two passionate minds. With Beeple, a cloud-based web platform, we are offering a new way to digitize the temporary staffing business.

Beeple is used in all kinds of sectors : from catering, festivals & events, retail to guides, cleaning and aviation. In 2016, we received a huge growth gap after being funded by a Fortune500 Company.

Early 2017 we were awarded the title "Starter of the Year. Currently, Beeple is active in 8 countries. The ultimate goal is to conquer the complete HR market.

To strengthen their market position, they are looking for a passionate (m / f) :

Your role

Our Customer Success Manager is a creative person, a jack of all trades’, that provides support for our customers during their start-up period and their usage of our software.

  • You will take care of our clients by listening to their needs and claims - on the phone or in person.
  • You have a beautiful voice, in real life aswell as in videoconferencing! You are able to explain each idea in a simple, clear and concise way.
  • Because of your good writing skills and your eye for design and lay-out, you can make manuals for the customers that like to re-read everything
  • You take pleasure in taking over our support line or you answer the questions of our customers via email in French or English.
  • You are flexible and make every effort for our customers.
  • You are mad about computer programs and mobile applications, you constantly try the novelties and think about improvements of our software.
  • You give interactive workshops to help start our customers with Beeple.
  • Last but not least, you’ll be the natural link between the clients and Beeple.
  • What do we expect from you

    You would perfectly fit into our team, with following qualifications

  • Native in French, good level of English (any other language is a plus).
  • Passion for customer service and helping others.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Very good empathy towards users.
  • Good analytical skills as you’ll have to quickly understand users needs.
  • Comfortable speaking to both decision makers and business users.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • IT affinity, experience with SaaS is a plus.
  • Passion for life and the Beeple product.
