Responsibilities & Activities

Main hotel point of contact to assist group organizers (from the eventrequest to the billing).

Handling incoming requests within 4h.

Responsible for specific contracts and handling last minute requests.

Managing the meeting rooms signage.

Assisting the Meetings and Events Sales Team with their daily activities.

Handling requests and responsible for specific contracts.

Following up on assigned activities in SAP to ensure high level of serviceand sales conversion.

Preparing group arrivals (rooming lists, group instructions and functionsheets).

Ad-hoc reporting.

Facilitating communication within the department, the hotel and with clients.

Facilitating communication between M&E department and the otherdepartments.

Targeting high guest satisfaction.

Be enrolled in a school / universityand provide an internship agreement

French and English proficiency area must. Dutch or other language is a plus.

Proficiency in SAP is a plus and will boost your learning pace / autonomy.
